Creating beautiful spaces, genuine connections, and memorable experiences.

Our Story

At Organic Stays, everything begins with a simple idea: organic means authentic, natural, and welcoming. From the way we design our spaces to how we host our guests, this philosophy runs through everything we do.

Founded in 2010 by Heidi Müller, Organic Stay was born from the vision to transform a historic house in Swakopmund’s heritage area into a warm, beautiful home for travelers. What started as a small, heartfelt project has since grown into a trusted guesthouse with 13 rooms, each thoughtfully designed to combine comfort, style, and a sense of place.

Every morning, guests are welcomed with a healthy breakfast, prepared with care to start the day on a wholesome note. It reflects our love for natural living and sets the tone for authentic, memorable experiences.

Today, Heidi runs the guesthouse together with her daughter Juliane and a loyal team, many of whom have been with Organic Stay since the very beginning. More than colleagues, they are part of the family. Together, they create a welcoming environment where guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.

What makes Organic Stay unique is not only the family spirit, but also the deep understanding of what travelers are looking for. From sharing insider tips about Swakopmund’s beaches, dunes, and vibrant culture, to recommending hidden gems across Namibia, the team delights in helping guests discover more.

At Organic Stay, hospitality is more than accommodation, it’s about creating beautiful spaces, genuine connections, and memorable experiences.

Whether you’re here for a few nights or an extended stay, you’ll find comfort, care, and a touch of “organic” living in the heart of Swakopmund.
